Laurel got into the legal field to feel more challenged in her career. She has a bachelor’s degree in English from Seattle Pacific University and obtained a paralegal certificate from Kapiolani Community College while working in a law firm in Honolulu. She and her husband lived in Hawaii for 11 years until deciding to move back with their child to Washington State to be closer to Laurel’s extended family. She is involved in art, music, and literature and shares these interests with her daughter. Providing exceptional legal services is important to her and she appreciates being part of a great team at Hickman Menashe.
