Here at Hickman Menashe, P.S., we are proud to be affiliated with the Special Needs Alliance
(SNA). The SNA is an invitation-only national organization of attorneys who share a vision to
empower people with disabilities and their families to lead lives of dignity and purpose through
expert legal planning and advocacy.

One of our firm’s co-founders, Jacob Menashe, has been a member since 2010 and currently
serves on the SNA’s Board of Directors. In addition, he co-chairs their Publication Committee.
The SNA website (About the Special Needs Alliance) is full of helpful information for clients
and practitioners alike. It features an active and informative blog, Loud & Clear: Family
Conversations, and offers more in-depth monthly articles in a publication called The Voice®.
A new addition to the website, Finding Answers, may be the best resource yet for quick access to
information on multiple topics. This one-stop shop catalogs information on the SNA website in
eleven key areas, including ABLE Accounts, Education and Employment, Litigation and
Benefits, Housing and Support, Taxation, and, of course, Special Needs Trusts.

Here at Hickman Menashe, P.S., we encourage our clients and the community to learn more
about the important planning issues that affect their lives and loved ones. Visiting the SNA website is a great way to start.
